Hi ladies, I am booked in to see Mr Chantarasak for a re-aug consultation (I’m also going to book to see Mr Singh). I’m quite nervous about having the procedure as my first op didn’t go so well… A non-Mya surgeon did my first BA three years ago and the positioning is terrible. One boob was very slightly higher than the other naturally before I had the operation (I hadn’t even noticed!), and on the day of the surgery he quickly drew on me making a brief comment about one being higher than the other and off I went into to theatre… The first time I looked at my boobs after the surgery I burst out crying as I could clearly see he hadn’t positioned the implants well at all… one nipple was almost pointing downwards and the other slightly upwards! What he had done is actually reversed which boob was higher and which boob was lower, which meant that the nipple position on each boob wasn’t central! If I had been informed of my body’s natural asymmetry earlier on and had the opportunity to discuss my options I would’ve told my surgeon to leave them where they were because the nipples were central that way (albeit, not exactly in-line/level with eachother due to one boob being naturally slightly higher overall)! Instead, I now hate my boobs just as much as I did before I got the BA and £6k down I still hate showing them to my boyfriend. So, to cut along story short, my first surgeon won’t admit fault and has been very defensive and rude towards me SO I want a solution ASAP so decided to book in with Mya.
I wanted to ask you girls if any of you have a slight natural asymmetry like me and what you did/are going to do about it when having your BA??? (i.e. leave natural position, position the implants level with eachother, move the nipple…etc?!??). Also, does anyone have any pics of ebfore and afters with Mr Chantarasak and Mr Singh???
Sorry for the long post… I just really don’t want to be unhappy a second time around!! Nervous ;o( Thank you!!!xxxxx

Hey hun, my first Dr made a total messof mine, I had a re aug with Mr Singh in October and I LOVE them, Recovery was so easy I never even felt like I had surgery! I have assymetry due to a masectomy on the left and in all honesty it’s not even that noticeable after this op, no one has pefectly matching boobs anyway, they are sisters not twins 😉 There isn’t anything that can be done to make them match 100% but Mr Singh made mine look great with what I have. pics up x

ahh i like that saying.. “sisters not twins”! 🙂 Thank you so much for replying, if you can do it, I can do it! It sounds like Mr Singh is a bit of a boob legend from what I’ve been reading/hearing. I’m hoping the recovery’s going to be better the second time around too…although I think i’m going to go from under muscle to subfascial (under first layer of muscle but not second layer).. so he’d have to create a new pocket which apparently means it’ll hurt just as much!! lol. Sorry if I’m being thick but where do I see your pic?… I’m a new member and am clueless! Thank you again!!! I just really hope my nipples don’t look too un-symmetrical this time.. I’m sure the positioning of the implants back to their natural position will help but prob won’t be perfect… xx

I went from unders to overs with a new pocket too hun and seriously, didn’t hurt at all, I think once you’ve had unders everything is easy haha, you need to send me a FR and you’ll be able to see pics. He really is like boob magic haha x
