Has anybody else received their post-op pictures?
I requested mine be sent via email because that’s how my surgeon Dr Schiavone said I would receive them, but I was told by MYA that they were sent in the post due to confidential reasons etc which is fair enough… but when my pictures came, they were OPEN. Whether this was due to the envelope not being sealed properly or someone somewhere along the way opening them I do not know, but as you can imagine I am not happy. So not only did my pictures come opened, they came on normal A4 paper in the worst quality I have ever seen. I thought we may get some sort of photographic paper at least seeing as though we have paid thousands for our ops. To top it all off, the pictures I received weren’t even the pictures Dr Schiavone took which were the ones I was told by him I would receive and the ones I requested, instead they were the ones taken by the nurse.
I hate having to have a moan but I don’t see how this is good service when we have paid the money we have. Has anybody else experienced anything similar???
