Hi girls, bought M&S extra high impact sports bra today to wear as an in between with my macom. It feels very secure, front zipped and comes lower than incisions. Great for when I go to the gym too. A good one to try for any PO girls x

I got two of those but at my 7 day check the nurse said they were sitting on my incisions, so recommended I put them away until I was a few more weeks PO, and so I had to go find an alternative. I ended up with an M&S post surgery bra, tho I think this isn’t as tight fitting over the breasts, so if anyone is buying, maybe go down a cup size.

SportsJock D3 is great for early PO, it comes way down past the incsions, the m n s ones are fab for later on x
