    Hey girls (and any guys),
I’m new here but I’m having open septo rhino with Mr Gonschior on 13th Feb at Highgate. I’m from Bath (near Bristol) and I was wondering if it was easier to drive to Highgate or get the train and tube. My mum is coming with me and we are staying at the Golders Green Holiday Inn after my surgery. My mum wants to take the train but I’m not sure. Any advice would be great! I was also wondering about parking at Highgate and the hotel etc.
    Thanks! 🙂

I’m from bath/Bristol too and we drove to highgate! Last thing you want to do is get public transport, and you pretty much stay on the m40 the whole time so it’s straight forward! also I’d recommend staying in the hospital over night! Xxx

I’m coming from leeds for Gonschior and opted for trains and taxis.
I didn’t want to stress a driver out to be honest with the busyness of London and thought that I’d be safer on a train should we get any snow etc. plus trains are fast!
I’m not trying to go on no tubes though! I’d propably have a coronary :”)

You’d be better off on the train hun as you won’t be allowed/able to drive for a while afterwards? Unless your Mom is able to do the drive home? Hope this helps x

hey emily, i went up to highgate on tuesday as a day case and stayed at the raglan after. Mya recommend you dont use public transport after but i had to as i couldnt get a lift back from the hospital. I got a coach and 2 taxis which i was worried about but i was okay, i guess it depends how your feeling afterwards! not much help hehe xx
