It will get better hun, first 4 days were the first for me, but take a day at a time xx

I was the same, days 3+4 really hit me and then I was off the painkillers on day 5. Finally got full free movement of my arms around day 12. I was 2 weeks post op yesterday and I feel completely back to normal apart from its a bit uncomfortable if I roll onto my side in my sleep. Hope you feel better soon 🙂 hang in there, it’ll all be worth it 🙂 xxx

I went back to work 1 week post op. Couldve done with a bit longer but just because it takes so much extra energy to do things when you’re still a bit sore and trying not to move about too much. I found driving to and from was the hardest part.. changing gear and steering around corners.. oh and dreaded speed bumps!! But dont worry too much just relax and let your body recover 🙂 it does get better 🙂 xxx
