Hi im getting my op on 4th march. I went to see mr traynor yesterday and he advised 460 cc as the largest implant so i tried them and i would of liked to go bigger 🙁 but the PC said that 460 is the largest he advised. Im a 34b and i want to know ive had them done but not to look stupidly big as im only 8 stone size 6 aprox 5 foot 2/3. Can any girls help me! Also what kinds of things do i need to buy for after my op? A v pillow? what else? do i take my own sports bra with me? How do i know what size? Thanks for any help girls!

    Hey Honey –
I had 470cc from a very small A/B cup. I am 9 stone, 5ft,3 so very similar stats.
470cc was and still is according to my surgeon when I met him for my 6 week check (at 5 weeks)yesterday the biggest he will go for me xx

Hiya, I am 5″4 about 8 stone size 8. I originally had 310cc but they weren’t big enough for me, I was a 32a before and they took me to a big c/small d. I’m now having 615cc’s on sunday because I want to be about an e or f. I think it all depends on how much breast tissue you have to start with. Because im having my second ba they need to be bigger implants because the size of the pockets increase.

If you are having strapping I have been told you don’t need to take a sports bra with you. But will need one once the strapping comes off a week after surgery. Wear something with a zip or button up front so you don’t have to lift your arms too high and a v pillow so you can be comfy in bed!

I hope this helps you! Xx

Yay another traynor girl on the 4th of march! I want a bit bigger too but the biggest he offered is 410, and I’m taller and weigh more than you. I might ask at my pre op on Tuesday xx
