    I am one year post op now and did originally have a natural gap.
    Just wish they weren’t so far apart. I can get them together just pushing them together with my hands but no bra can achieve this.
    Also I am sure from pictures the gap has got further apart. Not sure if I should wear a bra full time but I just can’t sleep in a bra at night.
    Anybody else have this problem?

    No problem. I did have a gap before. Will find a picture. I am very slim on top too and possibly the angle I have taken pictures might not be the best. xx

    I also have a gap… Prior to my re op I Realli struggled to get a cleavage in a bra.. Not doubt I shall be the same this time xx x

    I have removed my pictures to take some more from different angles etc. I really didn’t like the ones I had on. The gap looks so wide. Looks worse than it actually is although I will be mentioning this in my one year post op appointment!
    Do you ladies sleep in a bra 24/7?

    I had a good gap really as I have never been able to create a cleavage. My nipples were kind of towards the sides not centre of my chest if this makes sense.
    I suppose after implants this isn’t corrected just accentuated,
    Just hoping me going bra less at bed time hasn’t caused the gap problem.

    I sleep in my bra but only 10 days post op but I think I still will a year down the line , I have a gap look at my photos x
