Hey girls 🙂 i had my op done on Tuesday just gone by Dr Traynor in Preston.
I’m still finding it hard to get up out of bed, is this normal & how long will the pain take to go down? Also i was told i must keep my sports bra on all the time & not get my cuts wet. Im back in work next Tuesday & my aptment with the nurse is next Tuesday afternoon.. Will i still not be able to have a shower & wash my hair before that time?

this is normal and from what ive been reading the pain should get a lot better after about a week?
my appointment is next tuesday & im waiting to see what the nurse says about having a shower then, as for my hair il be having my hairdresser to come round and do it for me hehe 🙂

Yeh i havent really looked properly! Im too scared to take off my sports bra!
I also feel numb where my nipples are which is weird! I really hope it comes back ahh :-/
