Has anyone been advised by their surgeon to massage the breasts and of so, from when? I’m almost 6 weeks PO and mine are still high and fairly hard, especially on the top and so I’m getting impatient and wondering if there’s anything I can do to help them along. 😉

Hey hun, I was given the go-ahead to massage by my surgeon at my 6 week check. He said it will help bring my old crease line out and also help that implant drop the last bit xxx

Great, thanks Happy – I go on Tuesday, when I’ll be 3 days over the 6 weeks, so a few more days shouldn’t make a difference and I can ask. Some other places seem to have their patients massage from a few days PO from what I’ve read, – and not just the yanks, swinging from the rafters 2 hours PO, but some UK places too. xx

Hi massaging is usually common in America as they still use saline implants but they also alow you to massage if dropping is delayed and every individual varies
What profile.did you have tbh to a certain extent your boobs will always be firmer that to a natural breast so it could be just a psycological thing or you may be still swollen fact the majority of the feel of them being ‘too high’ is infact swelling hun this could take several months to settle but I’d say give it another two weeks they will soften with time xx

I had overs Candy and just standard – not high profile They’re okay on the sides and underneath mostly, though the whole of them goes hard at times, like in the shower. The top parts definitely don’t feel like they should yet. I was thinking maybe I need to either wear a tighter bra (the one I wear at night has extra space) or let them loose for a few hours a day. Or maybe I just need a dose of patience and hopefully Mr Mounir will stop me stressing over this and my ‘in my head’ symmastia on Tuesday 🙂 xx

Haha ok with showers I’m.the same too they go hard then feel tender and tingly after for few minutes but after ease off, Hmmm yes.I.would defo suggest to wear a well supportive bra to bed hun
