Does anyone know how soon you can use bio oil? I’m only 5 days post op but I have marks already.. I know to avoid the cuts but would it be ok to use this just on the stretch marks today?
hmmm not sure. The problem is you’re supposed to only use fragrance free body wash so once you can start showering any residue flows over onto your incisions but is okay, as fragrance free, so I’d be worried the bio oil would wash over onto the incisions. You should have your 7 day post op check soon and a few more days wont make any difference, so check with your nurse 🙂 x
Yes jenny you will be fine as long as it’s not near your scars, I’ve been covering mine since my strapping was removed cuss I’m prone to stretch marks. Xx
