    @natalie I’m in so much pain! The pain killers aren’t making a diff so I’ve been taking ibuprofen and paracetamol instead! Meant to be returning to work mon and I don’t think I can! How long were you in pain for? X

    @Jordan I luckily didn’t have too much pain but I did have to do the same as you and ditch tramadol for ibuprofen and cocodamol which really helped. It was about 2 weeks for me until driving and doing things about the house was comfortable x
