Hi girls I know I have to stop smoking a couple weeks before my op… But is that the same for e-cigs aswell!? Op is march 19th and was gonna start on the electronic cigs tomorow to and just smoke them!? But now starting to wonder if I can even smoke them!? Any one heard anything about them… thank you xxx 🙂

Hya hun I have ecigs too as im giving up now but I have used them before….what we need to do b4 our ops is rid our bodys of nicotine…so get a nicotine free e liquid and see how u go, that way no nicotine is entering your system…hope this helps hun xx

I ga e up smoking the day before my op. Its more after ur op due to healing , in 3 weeks past op. Now and have had the equivalent of maybe 6 cigs since and that’s only when ive had a few wines. X

Tut tut drinking and smoking kelly.. Lol!!! Jokes…but youve healed well so cant be that bad its just the nipple death that scares the shit outta me.. can u imagine waking up and your nipples fallen off I was told no alcohol 2 weeks before op ill find that hard too :/ I usually have a glass most nights….its gonna be worth it in the end tho xxx

Aw thanks guys I did wonder what it actually was that was the bad bit! But now I know it’s the nicotine! Orrr gonna be so hard given up a glass of vino after work to.. All be worth it in the end though xxx
