I am 31 days post op (I will be 5 weeks post op on Tuesday)

Firstly I went back to the gym for the first time today since my op! Hooray 😀 I have put on about half a stone 🙁 not good!
Don’t worry though I mainly only worked my legs! Keeping the new boobies safe! As I won’t be able to fully exercise properly till the 6 week mark! Hate this no exercise malarky ha

I was in Marks and Spencer yesterday and cheekily asked the lady if she could measure me 😛
I am a 32DD/E, obviously different styles and shops may vary in size, plus am sure they still have time to drop & settle!
Anyways the lady made a strange remark that I was a bit shocked by… I was wearing my macom bra (style 1010) and when she saw it she was like ‘oh that’s not good that’s not doing anything for you, you should wear a support bra’

:-/ you can see me wearing this bra on my pics! As the macom bras are so expensive am not happy to hear they might be doing a rubbish job ekkkk

    What does everyone think? Xxx

Hi, I had my BA on Tuesday. I put my Royce post surgery bra on after the operation but found it very uncomfortable, I have now changed into the macom post surgery bra which is much comfortable, I hope it’s doing the job it was bought for!!!! X

I have 3 macom bras and have only been wearing them!
I invested in two other sports bras, a shock absorber zip up the front one and a zip up the front one from M&s! But they are both quite thick and tight so they would have been too uncomfortable to wear while early days heeling! Xx
