HI all, I am having my BA on the 25th march with mr chantarasak. I have heard some girls can get stretch marks from the BA and was looking for advice as how to prevent this?
I’m looking to buy some bio oil as I have heard this is good and this should help but when should I start using this? Heard that you should start applying it before your op but how long before is recommended? Thanks girls x
Hi Sophie, your surgeon would have told you if there was a possibility of stretch marks – it all depends how big you are going to go? What are you now and what size implant are you having? If you are worried – ask to see your surgeon again xxxx
No he hasn’t mentioned stretch marks but I’ve seen other people saying they have :/ and I am prone to getting them so I’m paranoid! lol I’m 34b/c atm and getting 400cc implants. Do you reckon I dont need to bother with the bio oil then? Did you use it at all? x

i have stretchmarks which have already gone silver and since i’m so pale they don’t show, however, you can’t use anything on your boobs for a while in case anything gets in your incisions xx
I’m using it religiously from three weeks before my op. The more moisturised your skin is will definitely help prevent them, but unfortunately if we’re prone to them we could get some, but they do fade. . Xx
