    Hi girls! Just looking for a bit of reassurance really, I’m having my ba on the 28th of March and I’m starting to get a bit nervous about the results.
    I’m currently an small A cup and I have a very boney chest and little breast tissue especially around the top. Mr Kazazzi recommended that I have overs with high profile implants so that he can create more of a cleavage. However I’m now worrying that I don’t have enough breast to cover the implant and they’re going to be visible! I’m not to bothered about looking slightly fake because anything is better that having none! I just don’t want to look like I have two round balls stuck on my boney chest! I’m only having 310cc implants so I’m not going really big, but I would love some advise from girls that have had or are in a similar situation.
    I’ll upload a photo of my chest how it looks now so if were friends you can see what I mean.

    hi kayleigh, im with kazzazi as well and having 300cc undeers – he said this is biggest I can go but should take me from a small A to a full C. He said I have a big gap inbetween my breasts and they may look slightly fake and stuck on without a bra, he didn’t offer me overs though to bring this closer together :/ ? What size are you hoping to be? Hope you don’t mind the add xx

    Hi kayleigh, I have the same worries, my op is the 8th april. I cant offer any advice other than mr kazzazi wouldnt of offered you that unless he thought it was the best option for you. I guess we both have to trust our surgeons although you could always ask if its your preference. Maybe book in and see him again and he can reassure you? Xx

    Book in and see him again and ask him about Wots worrieing you! I had my op last night with him and he is so nice! I had 445cc soft touch low profile unders! because I lost at lot of my breast tissue after having my babies, he is very good at his job and I’m sure wot he has offered you will look good once it’s all done 😀

    Thats kind of why I’m worried as most people with little tissue like me have been given unders. However I do completely trust Mr Kazazzi and I know he would never offer me something that would look silly! I told him I wanted to be a full C, I feel like I’m happy with the decision I think its just natural to worry about the little things haha! xx

    yeah he wouldn’t put them over if he didn’t think theyd look right as he hates the fake look so he’ll do everything he can to make them as natural as possible! I might meet him again as my surgeon consultation was quite brief! xx

    Yeah I suppose I just had a sudden panic about it this morning ! haha Yeah your situation sounds similar to mine with our small frames and a big gap so I would have thought we would be offered the same. I did see that you was having CUI whereas I’m having Naturelle maybe thats why he suggested you have unders as CUI have a slightly increased chance of rippling, did he mention that to you at all? xx

    he didn’t talk about types of implant really, he just wrote down CUI, My PC originally suggested CUI’s as I will have to have them changed after children in say 7-8 years time anyway, and she said there was little difference xxx

    Ahh right, its so confusing when different people get told different things! haha well thanks for the advise 🙂 I might book another consultation just to be on the safe side 🙂 xx

    When you go back just ask him why he said overs and not unders and I’m sure he will explain why to you 😀 good luck anyway xx

    hey hun, i was a 34A before my op and didn’t have much breast tissue…i had 300CC natrelle responsive over the muscle implants. I was worried they would look fake but apparently i have the most natural fake boobs according to someone who fitted me for bras haha! The only time you can see my implants is if i arch right back with my arms out so it forces the skin tight 🙂 xx
