    I am now 4 weeks post op and recovering quite well aside from
    The constant itchiness lol. I called mya yesterday and the said it was okay for me to remove the padded vest and just keep the garment on till I see my surgeon. I guess what
    I would like to know is if any one else left the vest on longer! Just looking for some
    Advice really. Also if there is anything I could be doing now to make my recovery better then please do let me know! My skin is hard round my incisions and it’s worrying xxx

    Hi after taking mine off i just wore fat pants (spanks) you will feel more comfortable and they help (I asked the surgeon)

    Hiya- yeah that’s what I would like to do
    Until I see my surgeon. How many weeks did you leave the padded vest on for? X
