Unders are a little smaller as they are constricted by the muscle xx

its hard to tell because every girl turns out different with same size implant, but I reckon it should be an E minimum! what are you aiming for ? xxx

Specific implant size doesn’t determine a cup size and your surgeon will suggest a size by comparing to what you request and what he or she measures and wether it will fit your frame and wether you have enough tissue
Going under the muscle has a 20% more less likely of rippling as more coverage I’d say not so much about 20cc is lost from the original implant size so not so much differecce from someone who has had over the muscles
