With the weather wer I’m from atm you’ll need to protect the boobies otherwise they’ll turn ice lol anyway itching is a sign that your healing hun I remember how irritating it was for me I had extreme itchy sensations even at 1 month post op but it slowly eased off I’d say around the 6-8 week mark. Sweatin is just a part of having boobs lool unfortunately nothing you can do its genetic thing aswell if in your family you sweat alot then you would too
I would suggest some baby powder keeps the area dry 🙂 x
