    Hi guys, just wondering if anyone can help me, I’m currently a 34A and having 410cc unders. I’m not sure what size sports bra to get for after my op? Is it true your meant to get a back size bigger for the swelling?

    Iv kept the same back size. I had 445 and I’m wearing a macom atm as you just order the back size tried on a 32dd sports bra and it felt very snug lol x

    Hey hun. Ur pc should tell u what size. But if ur wanting one for straight after post op u need to go one size up on ur back size and for every 100-150cc is a cup size so u need to go up about 2-3 sizes. I was 32b and had 485cc I got a 34e asda high impact sports bra. Fits like a glove and sooo comfy xx

    Im confused about this too. Im currently very small A and having 325cc unders. I have emailed my pc to see if she can advise what size sports bra to get for after op.
