    I have been offered 385cc as my smallest implant and 450cc as my largest. I have told mya im not going through with it as im just too worried about rippling, this is because I had implants 6 years ago and needed them taking out due to rippling. If i went for smallest implant would it be less likely to ripple. I’m 9 stone, 34b and thinking 385 is anyone else the same.
    Would love them done just too worried x

    with your last implants were they placed over the muscle, because under the muscle had a less chance of rippling x

    I had overs x
    Dr traynor says i don’t need to go under as I have enough tissue but thats what my last surgeon said. Was just thinking my be small implants might reassure me more. Was going to get them done on the 9th but just pulled out x

    oh dear, I would def say unders, maybe ask for dr singh he favours unders for less chance of rippling, capsular contraction ect. if you want them again, get them but dont have overs hun xx

    I was told if I went for an implant bigger than my footprint I would be likely to get rippling so a smaller implant must have less risk of rippling.

    I think the natrelle range has a lot less chance of rippling than the CUI?! I had large natrelle implants (560cc) over the muscle with Mr Traynor, and I had a small b cup beforehand, so very little of my own breast tissue – and I have no rippling at all x

    I would say smaller implants does have a less chance of rippling yes, have you told your surgeon/PC your concerns about rippling? Sad to hear you’ve pulled out, trust mya you are in good hands! x

    Hi Claire, in general the size of the implant makes no difference in rippling. Ripples are more down to your anatomy, chest wall and amount of breast tissue. The best way to reduce your chance of ripples would be to go for the Naturelle Soft Touch implant, they have 100% fill of silicon gel is the shell as opposed to the 95% CUI and Naturelle Responsive have. I had little breast tissue on my right and none on the left due to a Mastectomy and I have no visable ripples. Hope this helps xx
