They say day 3 after any op is often the worst! I’m day 5 now and feeling lot better in myself.

I was exactly the same but in my right boob. don’t worry it gets better. I’m 5 days post op now n my right still feels tighter then the left. I did find day 3 to be the worst tho! just make sure u rest xxx

Me too. But for us both to have it it must be part of the healing process. I feel really sick now. Dont know if its taking meds on an empty stomach or if the chinese I had last night was dodgy. Its just so frustrating cos the right one is so painful so I can’t move, hurts going over bumps in the car and even just generally moving my arm. Doesn’t help that im right handed and automatically want to use it lol xx

I could barely get out of bed in the morning I was so stiff but as the day went on I started to feel better, remember in the morning you have been sleeping in one position so you automatically stiffen up, I couldnt move my arms for a few hours every morning for the first week x
