Parking at highgate free?? Started by: Becky

I got there at 8am and the car park was full. I asked at reception and they said that i could park outside in the residents parking permit zone until 10am free of charge and that if there were still no spaces available by that time i would need to park in the pay and display parking zone nearby. Only trouble is you can only pay per hour at these machines (to stop train goers parking there all day apparently) so bit of a nightmare! I managed to find somewhere near the school nearby free of charge and lucky i did as i was kept in overnight. Youll be fine as you have a super early admission time but for others my advice would be to arrive a little early incase you have to look for somewhere to park and to take a little change to tide you over just incase x

We got there just before ten and only one space left and that was because no one else could get into it! Luckily bf was driving and he can park well unlike me! Lol.
The people behind me were sent off somehwhere else. I had to stay in overnight and when he came back at 730 there was several spaces! The hospital also does outpatient work and other services so it depends on clinics on the day how busy it is!
