But you’ve already lost so much weight hun, well done yourself! I’ve been living on muesli, bananas, chicken, veg, egg sandwiches, & 100g of white potatoes with 60g of mozzarella 🙂 my exercise is 8 hrs of massage a day! I’ve got no rippling but I could just be one of the lucky ones, it has been over the year so not too quickly. Just keep calm & breathe through it all, take little baby steps & enjoy hun, what you having done & which surgeon? Xx
