I have got overs, my surgeon believes putting implants beneath the muscle is unnatural as infront is where normal breast tissue is. How big are you looking to go? I only went with 300cc so rippling is less likely, also they are textured implants. I do a lot of weights at the gym too so didn’t want them going funny which is also why I went for overs x

I had partial unders and so far so good on the cleavage. It’s true what Laura said as I was told the same thing… If you had a cleavage before then you will continue to have it after the ba. The implant increases the breast size so, however they looked before, if you had a small gap between the breast or a big one, that will still be the case after the ba.

Usually the surgeon wi go under if there isn’t enough breast tissue.
Everyone is different tho babe so try not to worry. The surgeon will also advise yo on what’s best for you and what will be in keeping of what you want and to suit your frame. Xx
