I am going out on Sunday and will be 12 days po. Could I go braless or not?
i wouldn’t recommend it no, it could cause an implant to slip in very extreme cases as its early days and they need time to heal xx
On that note, because I have huge sores on mine due to an allergic reactin to the strapping I have occasionally been removing my sports bra to get some air to the sores so they heal quickly and don’t rub on my sports bra…. Is this a bad idea!? X
aww pants. not sure Im going to find anything to wear as this sports bra shows lol.
I spend an hour a night (ish) braless to air them as my skin is super sensitive by the end of the day. The nurse said it was ok as long as i didnt really do any activity. I have seen and heard of girls going braless really soon after their op but its at your own risk i guess! maybe just spend the whole night with your arms crossed for support? lol x
haha yer just permanently wedge my arms under my boobs lol.
Don’t think it’s worth it Hun! I’m now wondering if I’ve done something to cause the rippling but I’ve been text book!
aww Nicole don’t beat yourself up. I am sure it is nothing you have done.
Lucinda how far PO are you? first 6 weeks the only time you should really remove it is for about 10 mins a day and obvs in the shower xx
Ive only took my bra off to take pics. Finding it hard to choose something to wear for tomorrow night that dusnt show my sports bra and cant actually get a lot of my dresses over my boobs.
I’ve been told I must wear a bra night & day for 6 weeks so although I might leave it off for half an hour or so I don’t think I’d go out braless as you’re going to be moving about without no support.
Yep im gonna hav to choose something that dusnt show my sports bra and theyl be plenty of time when I can show them off.
@Francesca was a week yesterday. Xx
