Hi girls, I am nearly 3 weeks PO now and went back to work last weds. My job involves a lot of lifting. Work do not know I have had a BA but I am really struggling I am in pain every night I finish it before I went back I felt absolutely fine. I’m scared I will ruin my new boobs. Do you think I should try and get a note off the doc again for even a couple of days? I’m worried I am damaging them x

Hi Madeleine what is it you do at work? Have you thought about telling them so as you can ask to do things that aren’t strenuous rather than getting a sicknote? I’m sure they wouldn’t want yu to suffer if they’re a decent understanding employer x

I work in retail. I had a sick note for my second week which said no heavy lifting but even things like moving light boxes hurts when I have to stretch my arms. Long story short my mother in laws friend works there and she doesn’t agree with plastic surgery so it’s not somethingn I want to tell them! Xx

God judgmental people! I can’t believe they’re asking you to lift when you’ve had a sick note saying not to! If you get full pay, it’s prob worth having more time off and get lots of rest if they’re not bring accommodatin!!! Xx

I’m entitled to 4 weeks full sick pay so I think I’m going to try and just get a couple more days off because I feel like my boobs have changed my partner says I’m being paranoid but it’s a lot of money to pay to then ruin them! Xx
