    I’m in tears I’m I’m in so much pain anyone else feel like this I am only 1 day po which I keep telling myself. Numb boobs back ache sore arms. Taken all the pain killers and antibiotics 🙁 upset jamie

    I hope you feel better soon, maybe you need something to take your mind off it? Have you been using ice packs for your boobs and a hot water bottle for your back, I read that that helps xx

    I was the same! Sound stupid but take your mind off it, do something to distract yourself! After day 4/5 it suddenly gets better so don’t panick! You will be okay xxxx

    All the drugs u r allowed to take, ice on boobs, heat on back, big bar of chocolate and a boyfiriend to run his balls off for you! U will soon feel better x

    Awwww u poor thing! Just keep taking the meds babe! I found that as soon as the pain killers wire off about an hour or so later the soreness n pains were coming back so try to keep oh top of them. You’ll be fine, it is all worth it x

    I was the very same the day after I got home because all anaesthetic has worn off and it suddenly just hits you! I ended up having to get stronger painkillers to take the edge off it. I’m still in pain at 13 days PO but it does get easier, hang in there xx

    Aww babe- really hope you start to feel better soon. Sounds like there are lots of tips on here for you to try so hopefully they will help. Just think- in a few weeks time, all the pain will be worth it and you’ll be able to enjoy your new boobies. Get a funny film on or something to try to take your mind off things xxx

    I had a really crap recovery, was really ill from the medication and in a lot pain, but I’m a year post op tomorrow and can honestly say it is all really worth it, hang on in there it will get better xx

    It says in one of the booklets that after your op they give you antibiotics and analgesia, which it says is pain relief xx

    I must of been very lucky because i onmy took the pain killers because i thought i had to, i wasnt actually in pain, but after 3 days i stopped cuz they madr my belly hurt 🙁 lol. I feel very sorry for everyone who had pain (n) x

    Ah bless you! I was on tramadol after being in a lot of pain… Amazing drug but you cannot stay awake ever!! And I also had nightmare and itching! Lol. It’s a good drug if u carry on feeling like that honey maybe ask the clinic. BUT I assure you, you’ll feel better after day 3/4

    Hang in there hun! i am sure every day will get better, i see this thing as child birth pain long and maybe a little hard, but when its over its over you have a beautiful reminder when you look in the mirror everyday!! 🙂 and you wont have the memory of pain or discomfort xxx
