    Hi I’m 2 days puts op and I have no clue on what I’m meant to do !!
    Sleep sat up or lie down
    To moisturise or not ?

    Can someone please help ?

    I have strapping and been told told to sleep upright. I cant moisturise as in all covered up so not sure about that. Don’t get inscisions wet so don’t shower and plenty of rest … IM 6 days post op and ive been jn bed as the whole time as strapping is so painful

    You are supposed to sleep upright for first week and then flat on ur back. But i started sleeping flat on my back at 5/6 days post op.

    I haven’t got strapping just really swollen boobs !!

    When I had strapping off I was told I could moisturise- don’t massage it- and no product on incisions.xx

    Thank you I have just been and bought some better bras
    I rang mya nurse this morning as the mess are making me feel rough x
