I myself had the same thoughts before my operation , I called my surgeons receptionist and had him re-look through my notes he made and asked him to tell me the max I could take I was a empty 32B after 4 children because of my small band width I had to have extra high profile implants to keep in the 13 cm diameter of each breast after the debate with him I ended up with 620 ultra high round silicone implants diameter 13.3 and projection of 6.7 cm that was the max he would allow me to have but it would come with a risk because I was at the limit I could hold . Rippling , rounded cleaverage , side boob, nipple de-sensation or over sensation . I personally had a excellent result I’m only 12 days post op and love my 32G chest I have a straight cleaverage nipples are positioned correctly every thing looks real not fake apart from a little scar under each breast . Ring up and tell them your unsure how big to go ask the max you can go and come down a bit end of the day it’s your chest but the surgeon should also be happy he will be able to deliver a nice pair of new assets for you . And remember this no 2 women’s breast bone (ribcage) are the same so just as a guide 1 women with 300 cc may be a C cup another women same size pre op and same 300cc implants may turn out a DD cup . Google the cc or gram of the implant your having or thinking of having like I did search example. 620cc breast implant images before and after pics it will give you a lot of help before speaking with your surgen take photos of them and take it to him saying this is what I want it will help him understand what your wanting to achieve as well . What was your BWD ? That’s the width of your natural breast . I’m not aloud to talk about my surgeon on here as it’s against the rules but he was BAAPS president 2010 to 2012 . I was offered 350cc at first my sister has 300 unders and sits at a D cup I wanted more than her . Listen to your surgeon he is obligated to have your best interests at heart he will no his job and will want to give you the most you can take with out running risks and not looking to fake after all he will have a reputation to uphold

Take some pics with you of what you want to achieve as a guide line and see how you go I did that he new then I was serious on going large

Im a empty B.. im 5ft 8.. weigh 9.5 stone.. im having 600cc hp.. i wanted to be e or f traynor said i could end up a G with this size implant.. i was offered 375 – 525 the first time i saw him.. the 2nd time i said i felt the 525s were to small.. so just go back and see ur surgeon again if u want bigger.. i thought there is no way he will give me 600.. but i was pleasantly surprised.. so u never know.. good luck xx
