    Hi ladies,
I’m having my op in 6 weeks and I’m down to have 480 cc currently a size A and trying to find post op bras for afterwards!
I don’t really know how many to get? How long did you have to wear your post op bra for after procedure, when did you take them off from sleeping and when do you start wearing more normal shaped bras again?
    Thanks!

Ask your surgeon do exactly as he tells you to do they can tell if u haven’t by the way they look you wouldn’t want it to void your warranty if u go against there rules lol . All surgens have different post op techniques to so follow what he says an no one else 🙂

I also wore a sports bra over the strapping for going out as without it my nipples looked pointy and I had come boobs haha! I have such a selection of sports bras, it’s nice to change them and feel abit fresher through the day. They recommend you sleeping in sports bras for quite a few months after too just for that extra support. Anything to help keep the implants in place for longer and the less sagging will happen. I got 3 high impact bras, 2 medium and some softer low impact ones for sleeping and going out in now as there lower cut. I’m 6 weeks post op so can stop the sports bras now. I’m just feeling more comfortable in the non-wired ones for a little longer xx

Hi marsh, I had 365 partials from a 34a/b. I am 8 weeks po, still in sports bra unfortunately, but did sneak one on for few hours weekend, regretting it now though, panicking myself. @jaime Leanne The nurse did say to me It is ok to not wear sports bra so have been having alternate nights sleeping without one. Dya think I shouldn’t? X

Oh that’s weird! Maybe they just tell people different things depending on your surgeon! Eventhough I had unders which will stop sagging later on I was recommended to wear a sports bra for a few months after to sleep which will help reduce sagging for later on. I don’t mind wearing them anyway I just put my comfier ones on to sleep but with support still. I guess it’s personal choice too xxx
