So tomorrow i will be 6 days post op and seeing the nurse.. so excited to see my new boobies in their full glory and get this horrible sticky strapping off. Just wandering what actually happens at the post op appointment and if the strapping coming off hurts, worried its gonna pull at stitches xx
It feel fantastic once there off. Had mine off on Tuesday. But my god it hurt when it was coming off. And I’m still trying to get the glue off now lol. It’s doesn’t pull stitches coz they should be covered my bandage. Your lucky I had too wait till day 10 to have them strappings off. Good luck and hope it doesn’t hurt you as much. I was quite swollen round my side too so that might of been why :). Or I’m a big wimp lol
Hey i had mine off 3 weeks ago, if it hurts too much they will stop so you can have a breather unless you just want it over and done with. I would suggest doing it faster rather than slowly pulling it off though, and you will have strips on your scars that they take off after the strapping and change them. Amazing feeling after its off.xx
I wanna see mine now Laura! I just loosen about an inch across the top so it doesn’t cut into my armpits anymore; even that feels brilliant! I hope when i get their they will let me take it off rather than the nurse
