    Hi girls, I’m 9 days PO and my nipples are sore, think it’s from wearing the macom constantly! Can we use nipple cream does anyone know? I have some left from when I was breast feeding xx

    Yes Hun I did seven days xx get some breast pads too x stops the friction I feel you pain Hun xI’ could have cried worse than the surgery pain xx I got nspa from asda 3 pound and a box of breast pads for a pound best four pound I’ve spent so far good luck xx
