You need to be wearing it all the time.

Hiya ..think it’s okay to leave off for 15 minutes to let them breathe like Emma said but not often and only here and there. I was getting really agitated at one point when I had a temperature and my entire body including breasts felt hot so I phoned the clinic and I was advised that 15 minutes is okay. I’ve read posts from some ladies on here who have left it off for longer but I’d be wary when they’re fresh. Maybe get a more comfortable bra to switch into for a bit…Asda ones worked for me. Hope it eases up for you and it will get better. At 5 weeks post op now and so used to it it’s like I’d feel naked without it lol.
