    Which day was worse for all you girls?? I had my op saturday and todays proving difficult. My chest feels like someones been smashing at it with w sledge hammer. It feels tight and breathing alot shorter breaths and alot quicker than normal. Any tips please x

    Hi Hun, day 3 PO I was like this, woke up an cried it was that bad, drank loads of water, had painkillers and chilled all day, it passes quick don’t worry, xx

    Thank god!! Hope mine passes quickly its an awful feeling. I think i must have swollen abit more too because my strapping is unbeliveably tight. Its killing the bone in my chest at the top when i breath. I cant get comfy, my back hurts, my bum hurts and i do honestly feel like screaming. But talking hirts so screaming deffo will so thats a no go lol x

    Aww hope you feel better soon babe I had my op yday I’m completely fine if I don’t move but feels like someone’s stabbing my chest when I get up and move xx

    I was really ill the day after. Now 4 days post op and so much better! Pain is manageable, still a bit short of breath but thats easing too xx

    It gets easier Hun don’t worry. My worst was the 3rd day but it’s more the strapping that was getting to me but once that came off at one week post op I felt fine. Keep ice pack for the first day or two to keep down or soothe the bruising if that helps. Can’t help with the bum and back pain as I had them too lol. It gets easier Hun hang in there.
