Hi Laura. Who’s your surgeon? I had Mr Traynor, he doesn’t use strapping. The best bra to get is the Macom, you just need to order your back size for that. I’m a 34 so ordered the medium, it’s really comfy and has adjustable straps and looks ok with strappy tops on. I also got the M&S zip front sports bra, again I ordered my back size, and I went for the cup size I had asked to be so I ordered a 34DD, again this is a really comfortable bra and really feel supported. I will definitely use this one for running and training when I get back to it. I also got the asda front fastening bra, again ordered the 34DD, but it doesn’t feel as supportive, maybe better when I’m fully headed and just need a sports bra for bed. Hope this helps 🙂 xx
