    Hi ladies just tried that rice test, I’m having 450cc so would that be 450 grams of rice? They feel HUGE, someone correct me if I’m wrong before I get too excited xxx

    I think it is yes. I did mine earlier to see what clothes looked like, feels mad! And clothes still fit and don’t look stupid!
    I didn’t want to look top heavy u see. Give it a go and see what you think xx

    Measure the rice in a jug in mls and put it in the stocking/ whatever you are using, that’s what I used and it was freakishly accurate 🙂 xx

    Just had mine done I did the rice test very similar size xx
