    Hi girls getting excited so just tried on one of my m&s high impact sports bra I brought a 32E but my boobs fill it now now I don’t know what size to get and my surgery is Friday! My boobs are very deflated and I haven’t been measured in ages but I’m having 470 very high profile Allergan implants. Any advice will be so greatful xx

    What size are you pre-op? I got 500cc from 32b (30C). I bought 34E and 34F for after surgery. I wore my 34F for a week after surgery and then once the swelling had gone down I changed to 34E. I would definitely recommend slightly bigger back size than normal because you will be so swollen. I’m usually a 30 back and even found my 34 was snug after my op. The M&S zip front sports bra was a life saver for me!! So supportive!
