i got told must have it on all the time, even now when changing i try get it back on quickly and i’m nearly 5 weeks post op. i know what you mean though i was the same at beginning, i would check but i don’t think five mins would hurt..maybe change sports bra it should be tight but not uncomfy as such. When i seen the nurse i thought mine was to loose thought it wasn’t holding them up enough but she said it was fine as long as fully supports xx

Ah I remember this feeling Hun and it used to feel so frustrating at times! At one point I felt really hot and my boobs actually felt warm too which made it worse (think I was coming down with something) but I phoned the clinic and I was advised that I could take the bra off for about 15 minutes here and there and to be honest I think it helped them drop, fluff and settle quicker. Completely up to you though and if you’re not sure, you can ask your nurse.
