It’s been four days since my surgery and I’m feeling amazing! Still really swollen but the swelling has gone down LOADS! Under my armpits have flattened out and the tops of my boobs are starting to slope too.
I’ve stopped taking my painkillers every four hours, just taking one at meal times with my antibiotics and one before bed too.
I honestly never expected the healing process to go this well!
The only thing that’s REALLY bothering me is not being able to shower. Does anyone know, if I tape a bin bag around my boobs to protect my incisions can I get one? I feel disgusting and its really beginning to get to me now 🙁 Thanks! xxx
Awh glad your healing process is going well Hun sounds great! Your boobs sound like they’re starting the settling process already. Hmm not showering is difficult I remember I was really agitated. Could you possible out those steri strips and have a quick shower I’m not sure though just in case your incisions haven’t closed up properly yet because you’re only 4 days post op and you don’t want to risk an infection. If you can wait 2-3 more days until you have you’re check up with the nurse it may be safer to ask her. Sorry I can’t advise any better because I waited until the 2 week mark the nurse said so I can’t say if that would be okay.
Yeah I still have plasters over so if they get wet they’re just going to soak up all the water I think 🙁 Waaah, I JUST WANT TO BE CLEAN! Hahaa!

Ah I see I knowww hunnn such a disgusting feeling! Lol I dreaded going out feeling like that but washing my hair at least helped. Hope you’re pleasantly surprised when you see them and are happy with the results! Mine looked bigger once the strapping came off because they were so squished lol.
