So I’m just in my room now at Preston and got my asda black small sports bra on. I feel like it’s not pushing them together that much. It’s pretty snug but not light right at all so worried they aren’t bing supported? I’ve got a primark one at home that looks tighter but will have to pull it on from my legs rather than over my head? It also doesn’t have a huge band underneath so will probably sit on the incisions more? Or don’t know if I should just get my boyfriend to pop out and get me one from m&s tomorrow but I’ve no idea what size I am! Ahh stress! Any help much appreciated! I want them to kind of set in place with a smallish gap so maybe do need them pushed together more!?

My m&s one didn’t push them together as much as my primark one has but a tip I saw is to tie above your boobs either strap with a hair bobble to make a circle on your cleavage if that makes sense seems to have pulled mine closer 🙂

My nurse fitted my asda one yesterday. Not tight underneath so you can get 2 fingers under. It shouldn’t really push them together as this would stretch the incisions. The band should be under incisions not on them as this will rub. My band is a good cm away from under my breast. Hope this helps. But I did get an 36E that was tighter than a 36DD so think some might be shit sizes xx

Which one did you get? From asda? Was it the front fastening clasp one? Mine wasn’t in proper sizes only small medium large? Xxxx

Ah ok thanks Hun! I’ve got a primark one but just worries about getting it on as it’s over the head. Really considering getting an m&s one now! Xxx
