Right so everyone wearing one are they really hard to get on? Even zip up ones? I bought the size the woman told me to at M&S but it’s so tight I could probably zip if up if I really squished them in but is that what we are supposed to do? Also any of you that aren’t using zip ups how are u managing to get them on? Over your head ?? I’m Havin a real bad time finding one! Xxx
You not got Macom? So much easier. I’ve got a few from primark too really cheap n I climb into them! Only use them while I’m washing my fave but they are really comfy x
Im having the exact same trouble! I had mine done on tuesday off traynor so i havnt got any strapping on. Ive bought 4 bras from asda and i didnt feel like they were doing me any good , so i ordered a zip up from m&s and its an effort to fasten as its tight? I think it should probably be tight because i dont have strapping on?! Sooo confusing…xx
Yeh I had traynor too!! He gave me a strap over my boobs at the top was gutted!! Yeh my ms one will not zip weird! Grrrr living in these primark ones but they don’t feel supportive atal! Macom didn’t fit either 🙁 cx
I’ve got an m&s zip one and have to have help fastening it but I like that it pushes them together because supposedly this is when they scar in to place… So if you want a closer together cleavage naturally it’s best to have the extra support! The asda one just wasn’t enough I didn’t think! Xxx
I went for my 2 week check up and nurse says my asda ones are not supporting me that much so she said wear them for bed and wear my M&S one through the day xx
if you have strapping you don’t actually need to wear a sports bra that’s why it most probably isn’t zipping up as that is acting as a bra at the moment that’s what surgeons told me anyway, youl find it really uncomfortable but the macom I found really good as it expands to your cup size, if a sports bra is too tight where it is actually hurting then you need to stop wearing it has it can actually damage your implants, as long as it feels snug then you will be fine xxx
Thank you!! I’m so confused though as I only have one strap it’s not like all over my boobs just a band at the top?! But I actually just got my M&S on and it’s fitting comfy typical I’ve ordered one now ha ha! Yeh Danielle order a size up that’s what I’ve done but even then it’s been a squeeze! Xxx
I’d say you may end up 34d-DD so I would probably get 36 D maybe? I was an 34b and had 500 unders and Im wearing 36d now but the woman in M&S said in bra sizes I measure 34e-f and maybe even a g! But said as I need the extra to go with the d as it could be baggy

Oh stupid phone!! Last bit was ment to say it could go baggy getting same cup size as you would get in 34 because obviously a 34 e and 36e cup sizes are different I’ve ordered a 36dd to come tomorrow I hope I made sense? Xxx
