    Second night of trying to sleep upright on my back!! So awkward, how long do I have to sleep like this xx

    Its sooo hard isn’t it! I don’t sleep upright at a 90 degree angle just try position your pillows at a 45 degree angle and put a pillow under your bum helps stop the ache xxx

    Yea it’s really awkward. I keep waking up where I’ve sloped down and lying in my back and I can’t really get up haha feel like such a whale today! Xx

    hahaha omg same I wake up being sufforcated by double chins and boobs and I’m like hmmm now what definitely can’t use my arms to get myself up guess I’ll just wiggle about and do a whale call until my boyfriend wakes up and rescues me hahaha how are you healing xxx

    Only just notieced this Hun! I try wiggle too! I have a trick of tucking my quilt under the bed at the bottom and i can lightly pull myself up a little. Not the best but can manage it now and then haha xx
