    Tried on an old bikini which I used to look so flat in and felt so bottom heavy in it. It looks nice and full now!     It is such an emotional process. Honestly, I was preparing for like this horrific physical pain..but the emotional pain is the b***! I defo agree with that. I think 275 suits your frame perfectly, whilst looking natural but still kind of projected and voluptuous= perfect combo! I got 275/250 and saw them for first time without strapping today and can’t not believe it tbh xx

    Your recovery will be so much easier with overs! Well I’m two weeks post op tomorrow and I went to the gym today and did a really light cycle for an hour! I’ve been pottering about pretty much since day four! The first morning the day after was horrendous because obviously you wake up with no pain killers left in your system… My boyfriend helped me up to the toilet and I almost had a panic attack and cried so much! If I were to do it all again I would have set an alarm at about 5am to take some tablets for waking up so would really recommend that babe! xxx

    Aww no bless you that’s a good idea I will do that !! That’s great to hear about ur recovery though I’ve been worried as I’m a hairdresser about when to go back to work but taken 2 weeks to be safe! I will be posting pics when I’m done next week can’t wait !! Xxx

    Thank you, I need to put some more pics up as they’ve changed so much, I’m nearly 5 wks post op now. Not looking quite as high and tight anymore and although the size hasn’t changed dramatically I think they fill my sports bra slightly better than they did at first, guess that’s the fluffing people refer to. But I think your results are so far amazing, def a good choice size wise and looking very natural, a great advert for the modest implant sizes xx

    ZD100, What size bra are you currently fitting in? Got about 3 different sizes but no clue on how tight/loose it should be. Think I do have a tendency to over analyse these things though xx

    Hetty I’m fitting in to a 32d m&s sports bra. It is a little tight around my waist but fits boobs snug! I think I’ll be a 32d/34c… They’re feeling quite soft already so can’t imagine they will get smaller… Or I hope not anyways haha!

    That sounds perfect size to me, well congrats! I’m jumping from a b/c/d atm depending on bra and don’t get me started on back size. That’s a mind f***! Like one minute I’m like yeah 32. That feels good then the next I freak out and think I am lacking support and wear the 30 and then panic that it’s to tight haha…forget musical chairs..musical bras more like! xx

    Haha oh god! Maybe you should go and get measured hun so you know you’ve got the right bra on. Supposedly you have to be able to fit 2 fingers underneath comfortably… Think having it too tight doesn’t help swelling xxx
