19 days PO (2 days under 3 weeks) & even though I was back in work 2 weeks PO I’m still eating rubbish on my days off & when I’m at home so got off my arse & currently doing some light cardio at the gym! Feels amazing to be back, as much as I’d love a good swim this will do. As someone said on here before, do what your body tells you & lets you without pushing yourselves & over doing it:) also another reason I’m back is to lose this PO weight & see how big my boobs will look on the littler frame I had before my BA hehe! Happy healing & don’t be afraid girlies, as nice as it is not doing anything we’re better than that:D 30 mins cross trainer, 30 mins on the bike, an hour out of the house & a really light cardio session can’t do no harm x
