im on a diet at the mo lost 4 pound since sunday so going well – I know this sort of weight shouldn’t do anything as I still feel like I have a lot to go but any idea whats a weight limit loss to stop at x
thanks chick – I would love to loose 14lb.. I stick at a weight tho and cnt seem to shift it think im going to have to do the whole long healthy exercise shit loads approach x
Best advice anyone ever gave me was drink loads of water, I was told ‘the more you drink the more you shrink’ lol. I’ve lost 5 stone in total, wasn’t always easy but I got there in the end 🙂 xxx
I wasn’t actually that strict on myself l, just made healthier choices, kept my calorie intake at 1200 and went on my cross trainer for 30 min then treadmill 30min 3-5 times a week
