    Do we have to wear a sports bra to bed or can we sleep without a bra?

    I’ve slept without anything for ages now, I have couple nights a week with sports bra but rest of time no x

    Personally if you want to keep them looking good for longer and ward of drooping for longer than I would always wear bra to bed give or take the odd day here and there. The skin stretches alot when we move in our sleep, so they need support x
