I didn’t have my op with mya hun so I don’t know about paying – I didn’t pay for any of my consultations so it’s all different with me.
Just be completely honest with your surgeon and discuss you just want them to be full without being too heavy or big.
What did you say you wanted when you first saw him? They will only suggest an implant size/procedure on what you’ve told him so that’s probably why he’s offered such a big implant. Nevertheless they will still look AMAZING no matter what size you went for but of course like you’re saying over time the weight of the implant may cause them to sag slightly.
I know my boobs will never ever look as round or high as others because they were far from perfect to begin with but I’m happy with that.
Maybe go back and discuss just wanting them to be full instead of wanting them to be full and too big. As you know I was a 34d so almost the same as you and had 380s and I’m currently measuring an f cup.
