    Is this the normal legnth of time before being ok to shower!? I’ve had my 7day po appoint today and nurse sai healing really well changed my dressings but still said I have to wait till me 2wk check before having a shower I was soooo looking forward to one aswell – is this the norm? Xx

    Hey I think it all depends on your insicions, I had my plasters off at 6 days post op so I was aloud a showee from them, but iv seen girls have to keep them on longer so once they come off you ca. Shower xx

    Same here as soon as my dressing came off I was allowed to shower i think it depends if your incisions have healed or not x

    Hey j had my 7 day post op on Wednesday they took off my plasters and said I could shower I did think it was two weeks so was suprised when they said I could after one xx

    I had to wait until my 2 week check them another 2 days. She took steri strips off put new ones and and I had to leave them for 2 days then I could shower. X

    Hi Jade do you mind if I add you please? Your stats are spot on with mine, but I’m booked in to have 500cc HP overs on Friday next week! I’m currently a completely deflated 36B 5ft 6 and 10st 5lbs! I’m so unsure on size, so I wondered if I could see your pics so I can get a better idea of how the real thing will look on someone with the same frame as mine! Hope you are healing well x x x

    YUp 100% normal. The best thing to do is fill the bath with a tiny bit of water and use that to bathe in, kneel in it and use a sponge/flannel to wash, getting your inscion wet can cause infection and seroma so best avoided! x

    No problem Lisa 🙂 500cc will be perfect on u!! I wish if have had them now ha….thanks guys just as long as it’s normal proceedure I’m fine with it I’ve been having shallow baths an being so careful. Roll on my 2 wk check hopefully get the all clear – xx

    Does everyone have a two week check because at my 1 week check they said I don’t need to be seen again until 6 weeks!?? Xx

    Just had my chekup today too jade and she said my left incision wasnt fully knitted together on the left side so I now have to wait till tueaday before I can have a shower! Feels like ages away, guess ill have to get my hair washed at the hairdresses again xx

    I had my checkup today 9days po and was told I could have a shower. She did say my incisions were perfectly fine now so must have healed super fast. Still got to go back on Wednesday to cut the sutures. I am bruised to death tho :$ xx I

    Ah that’s good @christie I was starting to worry. Yey@karolina you’ve had your dressings off I was really quite bruised where my incisions were I’ll upload a pic so you can see did they not just cut your surtures there they did with mine xx
