Hi Kirsty I only had mine done yesterday & it’s driving me mad I have to keep moving cause my back & Bum are aching. I feel like I want to do things but don’t want to push myself to much. What size did you have in the end ? I’m gonna give a hot water bottle a try Lisa x

Hi ladies I’m 9 days po now. I started sleeping on my side from 4 days po with pillows. Lady night was the 1st night I was able to sleep as I normally do. On my side without pillows. It does get easier in the mean time take pain relief 1/2 hour before bed a hot water bottle on my back helped a bit too x

It’s so horrible isn’t it girls! Feel like it’s restricting me from recovering as I have so many knots tightening up my back and chest area! I also have a broken coccyx/tailbone so can’t sit properly at the best of times let alone sleeping upright lol! I had 400cc in my larger breast 550cc in my other one 🙂 x

It’s really horrible! It gets worse before it gets better but now I’m on day 5 last night I was slightly more laid down rather than bolt upright and its made a hell of a difference! X
