My PC has just told dr Singh will only do uplift and implant in two separate operations! Is this right? Anyone had him do both together? x
I’m having both done with Dr singh,he did recommend seperate ops and he assumed I wanted to b big but as I want to be full not big he’s doing an uplift with 375cc unders which I hoping will keep me at a d/dd,I did have to go back and see him again after first consultation and had to insist I’d b happy with the size which I will b well I hope I will b! I’m a d cup now but after five kids gravity has taken its toll on them! x
I’m having 310cc but I’m only 5″1 and a size 8/10.
Hi I’ve been to see dr traynor today who advised I need an uplift and implants of 325cc this is all in one op which will take approx 2 hours x
I’m having this with Mr Singh in 3 weeks…. He did mention two separate operations at first but again he realised I didn’t wanna be massive so I’m having a 200cc implant however I am goin to see him in Bristol next week to ask for bigger as I’m worried 200cc is a little too small and I don’t wanna regret not asking 🙂
I’m 5’1 and size 8/10 too,Dr Singh did originally say 300cc Max but seen him on Monday and he said to go for 375cc HP unders so that’s what I’m having 27th august x
Hope you don’t mind me adding you all, I haven’t found many people so far that are having both uplift and implants so it’ll be great to see some results…. I’ll be adding photos too once I’ve had my op 🙂 x
I’m the same! Be nice to see people who are having similar procedure! I’ll upload some pics once its done too x
I am 5’4 and had been to a different consultation before mya and the surgeon said 200cc would be the max I could have I done my research and cudnt justify paying all that money for something that wouldn’t make a lot of difference to my boobs so met dr traynor today who said 325cc trying the sizes they made a lot of difference xx
Thanks Samantha, that has helped me a lot 🙂 hope your feeling OK xx
That’s good to hear Samantha, hope your recovery is going well and I hope you don’t mind the add 🙂 xx
Some ladies can have both at once and others do need seperate surgeries, it all depeands on your own body. The thickness of your skin, type of lift needed, strenth of your natural tissue ect. With a lift they cut away excess skin and then sew the breast back together, if you have thin skin or weak tissue adding an implant at this stage can cause big problems with skin healing and the lift *holding*. Think if it in this way – say you’re a size 12, you buy a size 8 dress and squeeze in to it, the seams of the dress will be under constant pressure and there’s a chance they will burst open, this is what can happen when your skin *lift seams* are unable to support the weight of the implant. If you have the surgery seperate it gives the lift time to heal and settle so that the implants won’t cause any problems. Hope this helps.
Sorry ladies, not very good as being on this forum..keep duplicating messages x
